Harry Wong's First Days of School. It had a lot of great information on how to establish yourself in the classroom at the start of the year. Too bad I didn't hear about until halfway through my first year, lol. I'm about to start The end of Molassess classes by Ron Clark.

I'm currently reading Better Than Carrots or Sticks. It's about using restorative practices in the classroom. It's an easy read and has so much great information on how and why to move away from rewards and punishments.
The First Six Weeks of School. It was recommended on the ML board some time ago, and I love it. It takes Wong's ideas and ramps them up, in my opinion.

I know I'm probably late to the game on this one, but I've recently discovered Twitter. There are a couple of teachers I follow from all over, and I can spend hours digging through all the resources they share and hashtags they use.
I just finished "Leading and Managing a Differentiated Classroom" and loved it. I'm about to start "Using children's literature to enhance content area instruction" I've read it before, but need a refresher.
