Hi friends! How's everyone's weekend going?

Yesterday was a long day. I spent the entire day with DH in the ER. Friday he had a little swelling in his right cheek, yesterday his entire right side of his face was swollen to the point he could barely see out of his right eye. Took him to urgent care and they sent us right to the ER. He had an abscess and they were scared the infection spread into the blood stream, luckily not. We were lucky that an oral surgeon was in the ER at the time doing another consult. He was funny which made H comfortable. Since H couldn't work yesterday, we went to a graduation party. I haven't seen H that happy in a few weeks. He won't admit it but he misses the guys from the fire house. He never gets to see them.

So today H is working to make up for yesterday. I'm being lazy right now. I'm thinking of a run at the park later or a workout video.

so glad your H is okay! it's not fun to hang out in the ER all day, but it's good that he was seen and treated.

I just finished my first pharmacology exam of the semester. it was hard. and I wasn't happy with the proctor, and let the company know that in my survey after. she was reluctant to accommodate my hearing impairment (usually it's done through microphones/speakers, but I prefer to use the chat function because I can't read lips on the computer), slow, and used txtspeak when typing which I thought was unprofessional.

now I'm going to shower, do the dishes, and start working on my huge-ass assignment in my other class due on Tuesday.

I'm going to a couple open houses with my mom later today. My mom and grandma are both thinking about selling their houses and buying one together. This has always been the plan. My mom's house is super unique. We moved in when I was 5 after my parents got divorced. My mom LOVES that house and I am heartbroken about her selling it, but it really is the only option. It has tons of stairs so it won't work for my grandma and it isn't really set well to add on to the house. As my mom put it - she loves the house, but loves my grandma more.

E woke up at like 6:30 just screaming. Apparently his tummy hurt, plus he had a small fever. I'm not really sure what's wrong, he hasn't gotten sick or anything, but he's pretty miserable. We watched a couple movies this morning, went to the store, then I had to feed him most of his lunch or he wouldn't have eaten anything. Now he's napping and I think I might too!

I have taken 2.5-hour naps for the past three days and it has been heavenly (I was off Friday). I don't want to go back to work tomorrow!!
