1. It went okay. I did skip a run due to weather, however I did not make it up like I should have. I hit all my other workouts though.
2. Same song different verse. I am going to finish the shred DVD on Thursday. Break for the weekend and then start the next level one next week. I am up to 30 min runs again. So now I am going to hold steady on the time and try and get faster starting next week. This is week is to help finish my conditioning.
3. This is my last week of eating whatever I want that I have gotten into. I say that because I still have some stuff in the house to finish off and I really want it plus in laws this weekend. Monday is good enough. I have already cut out other areas for this week.
4. I can do a side plank for real for 30 sec. I was excited about that.
Bonus: Five years from now I want to be be debt free outside of our house and child support. That is my main goal. Professionally I have hit a wall. I don't know what I want to do next and I need something to work towards. I thought I wanted to the PE route, but now I have no desire to study and take the FE exam. I think I need to start job searching for higher level jobs and see what I need to do to get there.
1. How did last week go? I hit all my workouts as planned. I did a competition on Saturday so I had more rest days than usual and it felt awesome!
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Mon-Fri: Run 3 miles Crossfit 3x Weightlifting 2x
3. What are your food goals for the week? Eat what I prepped for the week. I usually have issues with the dinner part. Not go overboard this weekend. Weekends are where I lose it.
4. Any non-scale victories? I ran 6.4 miles on Saturday. That is the furthest I have run all year!
Bonus : Not Fitness Related: Where do you see yourself in five years? Either professionally or personally? I truly have no clue. I am waiting to see where H's job takes us before I can see where we'll be. If I stay here I hope to be promoted and have upgraded houses although right now I am good with where I am professionally and personally. I can't handle change right now.
1. I ran in the pool twice and went to the gym once - so hit the number and quality, but really should try to legit run.
2. Gym every other day but that will require me to start work at 5:15 on Thursday because DD has a performance and we have evening VBS. So it may be three days this week - instead of every other.
3. Stop eating so much!!
4. I'm cleared to run but too scared to do it.
I'll be down to two children at home so I may be looking to make a move....back into an office or a broader role with more travel. 44 sounds like a good age to ramp up my career.

1. Workouts were good. My group running session last week was so intense that it lasted over into a few days. My coach actually had me skip my long run as a result. I really don't know how she new I needed a day off because I didn't complain, but I'm glad she knew.
2. Workout goals are to have green in my training peaks and try to figure out how to swim on Friday. But really I don't know how that's going to happen, so maybe it shouldn't be a goal...
3. No eating out Monday-Thursday. That seems reasonable, right? I did do better with no eating out most days of the week last week.
4. Last week I started handling my double days by just waking up earlier. I think that's going to really be a ticket for me b/c I HATE working out at night. Having said that, I didn't bother to check my monday workout last night so I didn't wake up in time to get it all done so I'll have an evening core sessions tonight. But that's ok. It shouldn't take too long.
Bonus: Five year plan? No thank you. I can't adult that much right now...
Oh ok. Fully funded emergency fund (2018), full contributing to retirement (2019), fully contributing to kid's college (2019), fully funded house refurbishment fund (2021), remodeling house (2022).
There, those are my financial goals. If I could still be working here in my present job and my H could still have his job, that'd be great.

1. Eating went well until Friday. I need someone to follow me around my random shopping trips and knock things like donut holes out of my hands. I ate the entire carton in 2 days. I didn't get back on the healthy eating wagon until this morning. I walked zero times and did a workout to Friends one time. I watched WAY more episodes than the one lol. 2. I just picked a circuit workout from my exercise board on pinterest. I plan to do that 3 times this week. 4 would be great! 3. Stick to 21DF until Friday night then get back to it Saturday with a break for DH's family reunion as well. 4. My real pants still fit after eating crap all weekend for 2 weekends in a row. Bonus: Asking the tough questions I see. I hope to feel a little more financially secure personally. DH has a great paying job for what he does, but we all know it's my job that isn't providing what it should. Professionally I have no idea what I'll be doing, I just hope it's something that makes me at least a little bit happier than my current job.
1. How did last week go? Ok, I got in 2 walks a little stretching plus survived 8 hours of kid play with 3 extra kids. I have no clue how daycare people have energy to do that every day.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Walk 3 times one of those times will hopefully be at the beach with my BFF who I haven't seen in 2 years. Stretch/Yoga 2 Times Try out my SUP over the holiday weekend maybe???
3. What are your food goals for the week? Lay off the ice cream. Hot weather and my cravings jump
4. Any non-scale victories? My size 4 jean shorts fit really nice (I dug them out over the weekend)
Bonus : Not Fitness Related: Where do you see yourself in five years? Either professionally or personally? I hope to have either my EA or my tax consultant license for work. Personally I have no clue I can't see past this week let alone the summer.

1.How did last week go? Okay - I had a 102+ fever Sunday - Tuesday, then had a chest/back muscle issue that made it hurt to breath Thursday - Friday. I managed 2 CF workouts and ran 8 miles total.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? I made June goals (run 75 miles and go to CF 14 times) but after last week there's no way I'll hit them. I'm at 46/75 miles and 8/14 CF classes.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Not eat all of the things over the 4th weekend. We're going to my parent's house where all my dad does is grill (on his 15 sq. foot grill) ALL DAY EVERY DAY. We'll be there Saturday - Tuesday, their party lasts Saturday - Monday. That's a lot of food. As for booze, my goal is to not have a hang over. I'm not sure if this means I'm not drinking at all or if I'm going to try to moderate myself. We camp while we're there so the kids are always awake at the crack of dawn. Too much booze + staying up super late around the campfire every night is a recipe for disaster in terms of my being able to function. I'm TERRIBLE at moderating my drinking, so I may try to abstain. But hot summer days...
4. Any non-scale victories? I feel great!
Bonus: Not Fitness Related: Where do you see yourself in five years? Either professionally or personally? This is a hard one. My company is a start-up and things have been bad enough recently that I set up my own LLC with the intention of building a consulting business and eventually quitting my full-time job. Now though, things are going good with my FT job and I'm having a hard time giving up the paycheck and free health insurance so I'm trying to balance doing both, since there's a chance things could go south again. It's....hard.
My ideal 5 year plan would be Stay-at-Home Trophy Wife. DH doesn't agree.
1. Went well. I got 6 cardio workouts in, so met that goal, but only 2 really good strength training workouts in (aiming for 3).
2. I'm going to aim for 5 cardio this week and 3 strength. I've got a few things going on that might make it tough to get all 6 in. I've gotten 2 cardio in so far, both really good.
3. I'm just trying to eat better. I'm wrapping up work, I have a lot of feels about it. I eat my feelings in a big way.
4. I was way over 10K steps every day except one last week. Like 13k-17K steps every day, except one, when I had 9950 steps. I was so mad when I went to bed that night that I almost got up and ran around the house for a while...
Bonus: In 5 years, I plan to be back at work. DH's managing partner would have retired by then, and DH will take over the business at that point. I'd possibly start working with him, or maybe have my own thing up and running... or maybe I'd just get something part time so that I'm still pretty available to my kids (because DH will be traveling even more by then), but so that I can keep my brain sharp.
1. pretty well - I did 4 of 5 T25 workouts plus tried to walk every day (6000-7000 steps)
2. to get 4 T25 workouts in - plus walk 3-4 days over lunch
3. avoid junk food and sweets.
4. I had a co-worker today tell me that I've lost so much weight - she hasn't seen me since I was 30-ish weeks pregnant with the twins. so that made me feel great. but I still have a long way to go.
Bonus : Not Fitness Related: Where do you see yourself in five years? Either professionally or personally?
5 years - I'd like to be working part-time so I can be more involved in the kids' activities, etc. the twins will be in school by then and DD1 will be 9. I'm hoping we can achieve some financial goals by then too (90% of student loans will be paid off, etc.)
Can I join again? I'm struggling to stay on track.
1. How did last week go? - Not great. But I did dig out my Fitbit again and start wearing it. The reminders to get up and move are really helpful.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? This week I want to fit in a couple of walks around the neighborhood in the evening. I'm thinking a mile or two is manageable 2-3 times this week. Half marathon training starts next week so I have to ease into it.
3. What are your food goals for the week? I started buying iced coffees on my commute, and I have zero willpower and end up with a donut when I get an iced coffee. Time to start prepping fruit salads and making my own coffee each morning for a snack at work instead.
4. Any non-scale victories? My clothes are noticeably fitting better. The weight watchers points tracking that I was doing definitely made a difference, even though the scale didn't move. I was making much healthier choices and need to get back on that kick again.
Bonus : Not Fitness Related: Where do you see yourself in five years? Either professionally or personally?
Student loans and cars will be paid off by then, so hopefully we'll be in a bigger, forever home and nicely settled in.

1. Last week I got in 4 CF workouts, which was my goal. I also ate my weight in hershey's miniatures, which was not my goal.
2. I want to get in 4 CF workouts, but work and 4th of july prep have my looking at 2 or 3. I want to supplement with the 30 Day Shred somehow, but don't know if I'll find time. I can't do it in the evenings because we eat as a family as soon as we get home, and I can't work out after that. So, that meas in order to do the Shred, I will have to work out at 4ish am to be able to get in the shower by 5. Ew. Also, i ended up getting the Beginner version. I'll let you know how it goes.
3. Trying to stick to the planned meals for the week, which is mostly grilled meat and veggies, with carryout one day.
4. I learned that I can back squat half my body weight for 24 unbroken reps. No bad, right?
Random. I got a new FitBit. It has come to my attention that if I'm not at the gym, I'm sitting on my ass, and average like, less than 2500 steps per day. Yikes. Also, i average less than 6 hours of sleep per night, with 45-60 minutes fully "awake" in that stretch. No bueno. I need to figure out a way to get more sleep, but also cut away from my sleep to add in a few workouts. This is a logistical impossibility.
Bonus I don't even know. I actually had an IDP discussion with my manager yesterday. I don't want to be a leader/manager. i like being a worker bee. I like helping people. The biggest chunk of my job is hand-holding. I'm good at it. And I'm nice, and not intimidating. People like to come to me for help, and trust me as an "expert" in my area. I just want to keep doing this and getting better at it. My manager said I was being short-sighted. And on that note, I told her I needed more time to map out my development plan because I was clueless.
