I make mine with some plain Greek Yoghurt and a pinch or so of sugar, thinned with a bit of milk. It's one of those recipes where you just make "enough." For 1/4 head of cabbage and 1 medium carrot finely shredded, I used about 1/4 cup yoghurt and 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons milk, and about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
I kind of make it up. I'm not a fan of the creamy coleslaws and most of the vinegar dressing recipes call for a 1:1 ratio of vinegar:sugar, which is WAY too much GD sugar IMO.
I usually do apple cider vinegar, oil, celery salt, pepper, some mustard. or vinegar, oil, cumin, cilantro, lime juice. so basically just salad dressing on cabbage.
