1. Last week went great. I hit all my workouts! I wish I could have kept the momentum up for this week. 2. This week I just want to eat well and hit all of my shred workouts. I gave up the runs this week, because it has stormed every morning for the last 5 days and I am taking it as a sign to let this week go. Back on it next week. 3. Continue to make good choices. Stay away from snacking. 4. My pants fit great even right after the wash these days. I think I might be going down a pants size and that makes me happy.
Bonus: I don't remember my specifics. I do know I wanted to be able to run 3 miles without stopping. I can do that now. My next goal is to be able to do that in under 30 min. I know that I wanted to lose weight, but I refuse to step on a scale these days. I never see any improvement there, but I do on the rest of my body. I wanted to pay off my student loan before the end of the year and I am on track for that!

4. Any non-scale victories? I pushed myself on my run Monday and was able to do 7 miles in 55 minutes which is a personal best
Bonus: We are officially done with 6 months into the new year. How are our New years resolutions going? Do we remember what they were? My fitness goal this year is to run a sub 1:50 half. I failed last month but will have a few more chances this fall.
1. I can't remember... 2. I just want to say that so far this week I have done awesome. We had company so I had a walking partner and we walked at least 2 miles each day (Sat, Sun, Mon) and I actually feel pretty good. I am hoping that I can walk Thursday night but it will all depend on if DH will help out at all. 3. We went to the farm over the weekend so I have a bunch of cherries and peaches to eat plus our own raspberries and blueberries are going crazy. So hopefully this gives me good snack foods and I lay off the ice cream. 4. I didn't look to bad in my bikini yesterday
Bonus-I didn't make any other than to get better from the accident. I'm still working on that...

Last week probably doesn't need to be discussed. I did get a couple good workout in, but not as many as I'd hoped for. And the Shred DVD is still in it's plastic wrap.
This week - 3 CF workouts btween now and sunday. I did a stroller "run" mid-day yesterday. Two miles in about 35 or 40 minutes. In 90 degree heat and crazy humidity. not a good idea.
Food goals - do not eat all of the ridiculous party leftovers. SHARE. And then have a serious discussion with the hubs about cleaning up our meals.
NSV - yesterday's run felt good. Oh, and twice a day at work, I've been adding in a quick walk up and down the 8 flights of stairs in my office building.
I can't remember what my goals were. Probably something about pre-baby strength. Maybe something about a less-than-11-minute-mile? Anyway, I feel good about my fitness right now. I feel like a failure with my (lack of) nutrition.
I'm late to the game but this will motivate me to do what I say I will do.
Just for background, I've been a little (a lot) raw after two different people asked me if I was pregnant again at the gym a couple weeks ago. Wth is wrong with people?
1) How did last week go? Awesome. I ate pretty clean(er than usual). When we camped I replaced beer with Truly spiked seltzers. Have you guys seen these? Woot! I worked out a lot. I rode a real bike for the first time since 8th grade. I've been sidelined from running for shin splints but things are going well at PT and I'm ready to run on my own again.

4. Any non-scale victories? I have given the trainer who said that to me the stink eye no less than 3 times. Well I say that, but really I'm a wuss and I only fake smile and say "I'm slimming down, see!" My trainer yelled at him and I hope he is embarrassed and I will continue to make him feel bad as best as I can and while seething on the inside I'll think of him when I finally do my first pull-up.

I didn't have any, I think that's when DH was away but that's very blurry! He's back and I gave up biting my nails for lent. For the first time EVER they are long, real, and so pretty!
