Me! We are out of town this weekend which is normally when I meal prep so next week is pretty simple:
S: Pork chops, sweet potatoes,and green beans M: Crock pot salsa chicken, fruit,and corn T: Roast chicken, asparagus, and baked potatoes W: Omelets, fruit, and muffins R: Shredded BBQ chicken stuffed sweet potatoes, salad, and veggie F: Pizza for DH and the kids, salad for me
Monday: Eggplant casserole with ground turkey, quinoa and cheese Tuesday: Caesar shrimp flatbreads Wednesday: Greek power salad bowls Thursday: .... Friday: 2 different directions right after work so.....
Mine is carb heavy since I'm still not feeling great
Goulash with salad Marinated chicken sandwiches with sweet potato fries Spaghetti with salad Greek chicken pita pockets Lemon parsley pasta with salad Maple mustard chicken with rice and salad Breakfast for dinner
M - pork carnitas T - salisbury hamburgers W - ? (we are moving my mom so I'm not sure what our schedule will be) Th - cheeseburger macaroni F - freezer something S - dinner out S - BBQ meatballs
thatsfancy - I toss into the magic bullet (in batches) four tomatoes, half of a large sweet onion, a bunch of cilantro, salt, one can green chiles, cumin, lots of lime, garlic and as much of a can of chipotle in adobo sauce you like. I'm addicted. Also, I discovered these corn crackers that are 130 calories for 41 crackers. So less guilt.
