Silicone makeup sponge?

Has anyone heard of or used one of these? I was going through the list for Prime Day, and this is one of the deals. Never heard of it before but it piqued my interest.

I've seen some YT reviews with this and seen some floating around at my local TJ Maxx/Marshalls.

It just smears makeup all over your face. Save your money.

It's supposed to be better than the sponge because it doesn't soak up the foundation. I want to give it a try eventually.

Agree w PP and I ran this URL through fakespot and they said the reviews are "highly suspicious", giving them a D rating.

Yeah no they just don't work. There's a bunch of good affordable sponges now that work so much better. Real Techniques, Eco and the Ulta sponges are ones I see great reviews for all the time.

I do have the Ulta sponge and quite like it!

The Flower Beauty sponge is also supposed to be as close to the BB as it gets.

Thanks for this tip! I saw the stuff in WM the other day but didn't check out the tools. 


Also, the silisponge was pretty universally panned by every YT beauty vlogger.

I need to pay more attention. Good to know. I'm so intrigued by it though. The RT orange sponge doesn't really soak too much foundation so I'm quite happy with it.
