Challenge: Make a change, however small it may be, to improve your physical well-being. Some ideas: park farther from the door when you go somewhere to get in a little extra walking, cut out the midnight snack, stop skipping breakfast, get in for an overdue appointment, buy a new pillow, etc.

Last week: I managed to walk on the treadmill 3 times last week.
On Saturday, DS and I went to Target to return one of the shirts that MIL made me get and got the money back to get another shirt. I did get a different shirt that fit my taste. I also bought DS two shirts and a rock digging kit. I found a shirt on clearance for him and the other shirt he loved a lot so I had to get them.
DS and I went to get snow cones. DS and I tried to make gigantic bubbles with some left over bubbles and it failed.
This week: I am hoping to exercise at least twice this week.
I am deciding against getting sandals this summer. I have been running late to work everyday and have been doing short cuts walking through wet grass and spider webs in my running shoes instead of going through the sidewalks because they take too much time and make me more late than it is. The last thing I need is for my bare feet to be wet and a spider gets me.
I have 4 1/2 weeks left of being late to work, taking all this leave for DS's therapies and running with DS from therapy to therapy. My boss has mentioned we have to do my evaluation and had my file on her desk.
