Do you mind if I bring this back?
Fitness: -plan on 5 workouts this week. Mixing it up between cardio and weights. -being generally more active. Instead of sitting on the couch, watching tv, I want to find ways to be up on my feet moving.
Nutrition: -stay within my calories -track on MFP -limit wine and all other alcoholic drinks. My goal is no more then 2 in a week.
Mental health/spiritual health: -stop putting myself down, I've been doing that a lot lately and my H is getting tired of it. -taking time to meditate, my mind just hasn't been in a good place lately

wineandcheese - Bring it back, girl! I think your goals sound great.
I have had a rough/defeating few weeks health-wise. In the last 3 weeks, I've probably had 15+ headaches with some of them so severe they leave me on my ass/vomiting/seeing spots. Because of that, working out and eating healthy has been iffy. H and I decided last week to call in reinforcements. We ordered pre-made healthy dinners starting this week. They get delivered to my gym which makes for easy pick-up, so hopefully those will be decent.
Fitness: 4 workouts this week Download a meditation app and try to use for a couple minutes each day
Nutrition: Actually EAT said healthy meals and don't skip dinner if I feel poorly Protein shake after workout Download water reminder app to try and remember to stay hydrated
Thank you for starting this up again, wineandcheese ! I need some accountability to get back into a rhythm with my H&F goals.
I'm going to take it easy this week, because I'm wicked sore from Saturday. Plus, I ruined my only good pair of running shoes so I can't do as much until I buy new ones. H and I are going to the outlet mall this weekend to shop around for some.
Nutrition - Make more meals at home. We've fallen into the trap of being too lazy to cook and grabbing something to-go instead.
Mental Health - My therapist and I agreed that I need to find 30 minutes each day to do something to take care of myself. This week, I'm going to use that time to get back into my daily yoga routine.
Fitness: -hit my fitbit goal every day this week. It's only set for 8k, since I'm in summer/mat mode. -start couch 2 5k as soon as my period ends.
Nutrition: -stay within my daily points -track on WW everyday
Mental health: -take 20 minutes for me after H gets home to take baby. -work on decluttering so I an stop stressing about it. -open school stuff up so I can stop thinking about it.
I need to re-find it. I did one after M to tighten my diastasis and retone my stomach. I have not done it in like 2 years but we have a beach vacation in a few weeks so I figured why not. Lol. If I can find the tutorial I'll tag you.
wineandcheese - Hey, it's better than nothing! I think it's also important to remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so the scale really isn't a reliable way to see progress.
This week has been a big fail for me so far. I don't know why it's so difficult for me to find the motivation to follow through, especially when all of my workouts this week have been planned as yoga. I love yoga! I haven't done a single one so far, though.
It's almost the end of the week and I thought I posted in here but I guess not. Lol
wineandcheese .5lbs is still better then nothing. And if it's hot where you are maybe it's water weight, you know from all the extra water you've been drinking. 🙂
katespade- keeping to a plan is hard. I always do well for 2-3 weeks and then stop. Urg...
So far this week I have hit all my goals. (But this is the first week)
Mon/wed/fri-strength Tue/thurs- 2 mile run Sat- 3 mile run

wineandcheese- it's still progress! Stay motivated and keep going! You can do this!
katespade- same here. I finally just accept that exercise is so much different for me now that I have two kids and practically no help. I get my walks in but running just doesn't happen right now (I was running on the weekends and even some during the week but it's logistically harder now that C is potty training and can't hold it long).
I have had a couple great days, walk/step wise! I even had a day where I hit 21k steps! Hoping to get out a lot today and over the weekend. Diet hasn't been too bad either but I need to make some changes as I have gained 3 lbs in the last couple months.

Thanks so much for the support ladies!
I haven't been able to find the motivation to workout either katespade. My nutrition has been going well but as much as I try I have a hard time getting out of bed early, no matter how many alarms I set. Then when I get home from work I'm too tired.
I told H I need to cut back on wine. Last Sunday I had 4 glasses over 4 hours. Weighed myself the next morning and I was up 3 pounds. What does he do? Makes plans to go wine tasting Sunday with some friends. Grrr! I have no self control when it comes to wine tasting. I can't just taste a few, I need to taste them all.
Oh and H is down 30 pounds! I'm so proud of him but kinda getting tired of him showing me his small belly and man boobs lol. He's going to get a nipple twister next time he lifts his shirt lol.
wineandcheese- DH is the same, I've been back to the gym for a few weeks now off and on but when he goes back to the gym next week he will lose weight quickly and I hate it. I vote nipple twister is perfectly fine! Lol

wineandcheese and suzv I swear that's just how men are! I've been eating pretty healthy consistently for a few months now and my weight mighhhht be down 2lbs. My H up and decides he is going to cut out soda and eat healthy last month and he is already down 6lbs and his stomach is basically showing abs. Annoying!

Chiming in to say that my DH is the same and it's annoying. He also does his weight workout without fail every M-Th morning before work. Having kids that don't sleep well at night has never impacted this and he somehow feels entitled to do it even when they are up at 6a and he usually starts around 6:10 (this is recent since the job change...when he was at his old job he was done before they woke up since he had to leave by 6:30). Must be nice to not have to worry about kids affecting your lifestyle at all! I am totally admittedly jealous (even though I can workout every day...just have to fit it in around kids and take them along) but he also needs this time for his mental health and it's really the only time he is active...he sits most of the day at a desk. And it's only 20 min so not like an hour long workout. He also weighs the same as when we got married (which is what we both weighed) and can make rude comments that I don't weigh that anymore (which is mostly due to 4 pregnancies in 3 years). He means well but it annoying.
