M- DD is having sweet potato & fruit before gym along with a protein milkshake I'm thinking cabbage salad for me after gym and DH can fend for himself Tu-shrimp, quinoa, roasted veggies W-breakfast casserole Th-bruschetta chicken, rice, and fruit F-Steaks, roasted veggies, pasta, fruit Sa-crock pot lasagna (3pm b-day party) Sun-crock pot again
I'm just feeding myself this week, so it's kind of nice! I get to eat whatever I want!
Monday - Spinach and feta calzone Tuesday - Jambalaya rice with chicken sausage Wednesday - Work event that will run late Thursday - Rotisserie chicken with potato salad Friday - Grilled meat and veggies (eating when I get to my parents' house)
I also made a big fresh salad with hard boiled eggs and rotisserie chicken to bring for lunch every day.
Tuesday Stir fry. I keep baggies of precut veggies and strips of meat in the freezer. Usually I just use Stir Fry sauce but saw these Street Kitchen Kits brand in Walmart and picked up a few. They have all different flavors and they looked easy.

Thursday: I don't know
Friday: I clearly fall apart in planning but usually we are held over with leftover dinners or lunches.

Ha! Good for you. If it was just me, my list would say: life cereal and hefeweizen with lemon every day of the week.

Sunday - BBQ chicken pineapple and red pepper foil packets with sweet corn Monday - out after swim Tuesday - salmon with veggies Wednesday. Grilled chicken Thursday pasta Friday out because we have get the house ready for the baby shower and I don't want anyone to touch anything!
