I'm not a big drinker, but I did discover Campari and have had quite a few Campari & Grapefruit Sodas of late.
But my drink of choice has always been iced tea so I am testing out different blends for that. Currently I'm drinking Prince Edward Island Preserve Company Cavendish Sunset. And I have some Twining's Lady Grey and Irish Breakfast when I want something a bit nicer than the run-of-the-mill Dilmah black. I also have some Celestial Seasonings Black Cherry Berry or Bar Harbor Tea Company Spearmint (I cannot stand peppermint!) for when I want a caffeine-free blend.

My friends and I are big apérol spritz drinkers these days. For my kids birthday party I made 7 bottles of sunset sangria, its white tequila, with Pinot Grigio, ruby red grapefruit juice, lime juice, club soda and simple syrup. It rocks on hot days
When I want something "fancy" I have a ginger beer.
In the same boat
The "wine shelf" of our fridge (shelf with spikes to stop bottles rolling) is now full of fancy tonics, ginger beers, sparkling water and virgin mojitos.
Usually my summer drink when I'm back home is a moscow mule but where we live it's always caipirinhas all the time, all year round. Otherwise non-alcoholic I'm loving ginger beer as several other pp's!
