All inclusive resort recs?

Has anyone stayed at an outstanding all-inclusive resort that's not in Mexico or Punta Cana? 

I'm going in circles googling options so figured I'd see if anyone has a good recommendation for me to start with.

We stayed at the RUI in Aruba. We enjoyed it, but I don't have anything to compare it. My fellow travelers said it was good. We loved Aruba. Very safe and beautiful.

We were researching this for next Spring, but with the whole Mexico-Alcohol thing...we may back pedal away from an all inclusive. I'm so on the fence!

We stayed at one on St Thomas that was amazing - it was Marriot or Ritz - can't remember which one.

I'm researching locations for our company trip so it has to be all inclusive.

I love Riu and Iberostar. Generally I prefer European brands vs. American in the Caribbean.

Another vote for Iberostar. We went to one of their all inclusives earlier this year and loved it.

Iberostar is the one getting all the bad press right now, so I think they have to be off my list.

That one had the adult and the one with kids. We stayed at the adult but could use the facilities of both. The family one was a little nicer with more choice, but my group wanted kid free since it was an anniversary trip.

The DR is hot right now - and has several all inclusive chains. My friends that have gone have posted unreal pics.

I'm keeping my eye on this thread. We want one with childcamp. Or at least kids zone drop off for periods of time.

In my minimal research I found that Beaches in Turks and Caicos was super expensive compared to the other Beaches.
