Their liquid lip always dries down hot pink on me, no matter what the original color. But they are very long lasting. I prefer the Lippie Stix and love their eyeshadow.
I have the same issue with the liquid lipsticks drying hot pink. I love the Lippie stix, super shock shadows and the powder shadows are good. I haven't tried any of the newest releases.
i don't have any of their lip products but love the cream shadows, highlighters and blushes and the gel eye liners. amazing prices - makes it easy to pick up a fun color or something bold since it's so cheap.
I hold the unpopular opinion. With a couple exceptions, I don't get it. Their eyeshadows do not blend, and the packaging is super clunky so it's just impractical. The lippie sticks go on super patchy on me, even when I exfoliate the shit out of my lips first. The highlighters show my pores like whoa. The liquid lipsticks are very long lasting and comfortable, but they all change color and turn hot pink, like majesty318 said.
I like the gel eyeliner pencils a lot. The eyeshadows are fine for a single color, lazy day lid. Blushes are fine.

I totally don't get their eyeshadows. They seem impossible to apply with a brush. If I apply with my fingers, then I can't seem to get them to blend. There's a distinct possibility I'm doing it wrong.

I don't even try to do multi-colored shadow looks with them. I use them strictly for lid color and that is it. Nothing in the crease, maybe another color as a liner. If you use a brush, it has to be a stiffer nylon brush, at least in my experience.

Most people in this thread are referring to their original eyeshadows - super shock formula. It is a creamy whipped formula. It is pretty but a pain to apply. I would only recommend in unique shades/glitter shades otherwise they aren't worth the effort imo.
However they have regular powder eyeshadows which are great quality. I own 8-9 only 1 is a dud the rest are comparable to Higher end brand eyeshadows. Their lippiestix are awesome. Their lip liners are freaking awesome. I'm not crazy about their LL but the satin formula reminds me a bit of the Sephora LL, if you like that... all in all good stuff. It's pretty inexpensive so you could try one thing in each category! See what you like.
for eyeshadows i use them for quick, one color looks and use my finger to apply. that's about all i do for work with some liner and mascara.
i just got an email from them - launched concealers, brushes and new powder bronzers and highlighters.
This is me too. I love the super shock shadows in neutral colors for my weekday makeup. I also have very shimmery gold that does well as a bold central lid color with regular powder shadow for the rest of the look. I don't see much point to that formula for full looks. Either pop of color or quick swipe looks.
