No worries about deleting!

I was interested in what k3am posted about giving up diet soda which is no small feat.  I am addicted and have given up my favorite Diet Dr. Pepper twice but have always come back to it. Have you noticed any big changes since you gave it up? I never saw any huge changes in weight, sleep or anything else and it made me less motivated to continue. Just curious if you did. And congrats!

None of the above, sadly. I mean, my bank account thanks me. Soda here was like.. $6.99 for a twelve pack, +tax +CRV. And because I only wanted to buy Diet Dr. Pepper for home, I was stuck with whatever (not good) sales they had for it. (I settled for Diet Coke at home and in restaurants.)

K3am was kind enough to link this post to me.

I've been participating a little bit on one of the other pro boards but I admit I'm feeling kind of lost over there.

My friends with the open marriage are plugging along. They are still together, but there was a bit of a bump in the road a few weeks ago.

Apparently the wife got into a fight with her daughter's father and stopped letting him see her. He then threatened to send nude pics and a sex video to her boss at work (how he would know how to get in touch with her boss is beyond me). They wound up in court and the judge granted the father overnight visits every other weekend, which to me is insane (as this is what my ex husband has).

Keep in mind this baby is only 5 months old.

It's such a mess, I really hope for the baby's sake that the two of them can get their collective shit together so this kid can have a normal and stable life.

I'm the same way. I have bought sparkling water which I drink at night so I don't get the caffeine. I love the bubbles.

helenahhandbasket - try hanging here! It's pretty much the same as before with some additional folks! That's super sad about the baby situation - but it's kind of expected? I mean...one big happy seems a stretch the other way. As for the boss - a few folks know my boss' name and employer and if motivated could ....
