Last week, I read A Leaf on the Wind of All Hallows (Outlander 8.5), The Sun is Also a Star by Nicola Yoon, and Lillian Boxfish Takes a Walk by Kathleen Rooney. The latter two I really enjoyed.

I recently finished Lillian Boxfish Takes a Walk and I loved it so much. I'm glad you enjoyed it too!

I just finished "It Ends with Us." It was a first for me with this author and wow does she have a loyal fan base. The book was not that good, but Goodreads has it at 4.4 stars. I really dislike books that take place over a significant period and there are few markers for time.

I've got 3 in the queue, so I'm not sure which one I'll start tonight.

QOTW: We are a little over year into our new build house and the backyard needs something. I would love a pool, but I'm poor so we're thinking at least doing a patio. We only did a screened porch and small deck through the builder.

It Ends With Us was not my favorite Colleen Hoover book. Overall I really like her as an author although I don't think she is the best writer. Her books tend to suck me in though where I want to just to do nothing else until I am done.  However, her books tend to be very heavy and I can only take them in small doses.

All of this! She also has a really great sense of humor based on her FB posts.
