We had our a/s today and from what we could tell, everything looks good and baby is measuring on time, give or take a few days or so. We are meeting up with our parents tomorrow to tell them the sex but I can't wait that long to share with you guys (so nothing on FB or anything)! I'm super excited, E is getting a little SISTER! I've been feeling all along it was a girl but I was still shocked!

Thank you pooh8402 and bk1. I really am sorry if I hurt anyone. I've just been in such a dark mental state lately that I was excited to share something positive for once. I wouldn't be offended in the slightest if someone completely skipped the post and didn't comment or anything, I would 100% understand.

I thought it was going to be a boy too! Heart rates have been the same as E's were, not that that's a true sign but still, lol. I've been surrounded by mostly boys (cats are also boys, I'm the youngest girl on my mom's side, etc) so I figured this baby was going to also be a boy! Our families are going to be SO excited and this little girl is going to be more spoiled than E is!

We told our parents and my sister tonight! All except MIL guessed girl, lol. Before we told them, I mentioned that the heart rates were almost exactly the same as E's were at the same points, and my sister goes "uh oh." Haha. I asked H what he thought everyone's reaction would have been if it were another boy since they were super excited for a girl. Oh well I guess! We'll probably announce it on FB tomorrow

And I know I said in my first post I had a feeling it was a girl all along but I wasn't sure if that was just a slight preference coming through. I figured I'd end up a boy mom too! I'm not the girliest girl ever and had my younger boy cousins around a lot so boys are pretty much no problem. It'll be interesting but fun to have a girl! Though I'm already dreading her teenage years if she takes after me... eek!
