In all transparency I'm here to beg people to follow my teacher acct on Instagram.

The long story is I've worked at the district level (curriculum and professional development) for a year now. and my work partner and I really wanted to help some teachers in our district with classroom design. In particular, we love flexible spaces and wanted to support teachers who were implementing it in their classrooms. We scraped together some money through a combination of donations from 3 companies and a very small amount of leftover money that was set aside for "innovation" from a previous superintendent. We did a Twitter contest in the district and chose 5 classrooms. We're also doing "mini makeovers" for two other teachers who reached out to us, which we are paying for out of our own pockets because we love our teachers!

So far we've finished 3 rooms and we think they're great! If you'd be so kind to check out athomeintheclassroom on Instagram and follow us if you want to, I'd appreciate it. I'd love to follow all of you as well. We've gotten 244 followers in like 3 days which I think is pretty good!
