I'm going to back off my workouts a bit. I'm overwhelming myself with the amount I keep planning to do, then disappointing myself when I don't get it all done. I need to learn to be more realistic.
Nutrition: I think I've relaxed my diet a bit too much. Some of my GP symptoms have started getting worse again, so I need to start keeping a better eye on my fat/fiber intake again, along with the other healthy eating I've been trying to do.
Mental/Spiritual: Meh. I'm just trying to get through each day right now. I have a therapy appointment on Friday, which is probably a good thing.

Fitness:
10k steps minimum daily. Hoping to do some extra walks in the evenings, assuming DH gets home early enough (not likely since it's month end). Might try to ease my way back into running and one of these days get back on my bike, even if it's just for 30 min.
That's as far as I have gotten this week. Aiming for good water intake and only a couple trips to our "treat stops" (Starbucks, Yogurtland, Dunkin' Donuts).
Mental/spiritual
I played Christian music this morning and have started randomly reading my devotional. I need to make sure I am taking time for myself, especially since DH is so busy these days and the boys are my responsibility 24/7. I am in survival/burnout mode but making sure I prioritize myself when time permits.

Fitness: I need to sit down and still plan workouts. My goal is 4 workouts this week.
Nutrition: I have been doing well staying under my calorie goal. I'm planning on my usual breakfasts of yogurt with granola, salads for lunch and dinners I'm still planning.
Mental: I've been having more good days then bad. I'm still working on being more positive about myself.
wineandcheese - I'm glad things are getting better for you mentally! I definitely know what you mean about the positive thinking. I really struggle with self-deprecation. It's a difficult habit to break.
Thanks to this thread I decided to go for a run with the boys! I did 3 miles (hilly too) pushing 50# plus the weight of the double stroller and managed to average 11:33/mile. It was 78 degrees and humid when I finished too. Felt good to run even if it's so much different that pre kids running 😀
