My SIL's wedding is in 19 days. I still need to find the boys shoes, have mom hem B's pants, find something for myself to wear, and who knows what else. I have a feeling I'm going to be wrangling the flower girl and ring bearers (3!) the whole ceremony.
L starts kindergarden tomorrow! I can't believe how big he is! He got a hair cut last night and looks so grown. Wish me luck at actually getting him there on time, his tardy bell is at 7:30. I typically don't get to work until 8:30-9. I'm looking forward to trying to fit in some gym time
Speaking of underwear, I sent Jamie to camp without any to change into after swim! Whoops! They go to camp in their swimsuits and I put his regular clothes in his backpack and I just found the undies on the kitchen table.
A just ran in the room and yelled his tooth is loose 😳 Yep. It is. And so is the one next to it. Our Pediatrician told us way back when that he'd most likely start losing them when he started kindergarten. Boy was he right. IM NOT READY FOR THIS
I was looking at time hop the other day and SS lost his first tooth at dairy quee.n, he Was about 5y6m. L and I were talking about teeth this morning and I told him about ss loosing his first tooth.... L was mad at me for not taking him to Dq.....umm you weren't born yet!
I called the camp and told them he could go commando, lol. They were like "that's fine, but, uh, we do have extra pairs of underwear just in case if you want him to wear underwear." Oh, cool that works too, lol
Well at naptime we are at 2 accidents and 2 successful pee trips. Way better than Ari was at this point. I put her in a pullup at nap because no way in hell am I interested in washing every damn stuffed animal in her crib.
I'm currently waiting in the title company parking lot. Everything has been signed on all sides and just waiting for all the money magic to happen between the banks so I can get the keys. Soooo tired, haven't been able to sleep at all this week leading up to today.
My husband took the day off and we went to the mountains. H was so good! I never get say that about him when we do things lol. It did take us an hour to do a 1 mile hike, too many rocks to climb on to move very fast. It was a really good day though.
The girls used their piggy bank money to buy Elefun and they're having a lot of fun! I hope it keeps them entertained awhile today bc I'm so done with summer.
I added that to our Christmas list, looks like a fun inside game!
Loco Coco - G does not need anymore toys, but you had me at "played for hours". Off to investigate what this is!
Today was long, exhausting, and overwhelming, not to mention I need to work for a while after G goes to bed. On the bright side, someone at work thought I was only 29. :::flips hair::: lolololololololololol
H has his 2 year appointment tomorrow. He's always had what I called a sensitive stomach but I'm starting to wonder if it's more than that and I'm going to talk to the doctor. He gets awful diarrhea at least monthly for several days to a week, it lasted a month once. He also throws up a lot, especially in the middle of the night, he has done this 4 times in the last couple weeks and acts 100% fine the next day. I'm wondering if he has some kind of food sensitivity? Idk
Poor bud @lindy I forget who it was, but there was an April 12 kid who was throwing up frequently in the motn, but fine during the day and it turned out to be a low blood sugar issue.
E cracks me up. My H was sitting outside his room waiting for him to fall asleep so that I could get some voice recording work for a training module done, and ended up having to take a conference call. E came out to say I love you, who you talking to?, and are those your coworkers? before retreating to his bed and drawing on his magnadoodle. Protesting when my H took it away, saying but I working too!
