I have another quandary and need some opinions, pls!

Ulta apparently sells my previous HG shampoo now - Aquage Sea Extend. The poo and cond were amazing a few years ago, but I changed salons and couldn't get my hands on it anymore. I'm currently using Living Proof PHD poo & cond. I'm almost out of PHD and had purchased the no frizz line, since my hair has gotten frizzier since I started bleaching the shit out of it. LP PHD was very nice to my scalp, but isn't giving my ends what they need. Now that I have an Ulta 20% off, should I try my old HG again or just try the LP no frizz?

I'm torn on my ulta purchase - I've got a cart loaded with stuff but now think I may scrap it and hold off to spend my points on holiday releases. It's all stuff I've heard good things about but never have actually bought - Mac painterly paint pot, Mac fix plus, the NARS lip glide set, lash paradise, physicians formula butter bronzer, cover fx setting powder. Like why not get that new stuff basically for free and at a discount but then I think about all the holiday goodies coming out soon and want to wait for that as well. If there had been a good beauty break or sample bag it would have sealed the deal into ordering now but without it I'm on the fence.

First world problem of the highest order, I know.

The 100 pt Vice liquid lipstick in amulet at Sephora is a fantastic shade for fall. I highly recommend you grab yourself one!

It's a pretty color but it solidified for me that liquid lipsticks don't work on me.

i stopped by nordstrom rack today and picked up two colored mascaras from MAC.  i got the plum and a nice blue color that's not on the website.  they sell them for ten, i got it for 5.99.




and i remembered that in reading about some of the holiday collection previews i guess ulta had displays of fresh products so people are thinking that they might be hitting ulta before year's end as well.

I got the Too Faced Lip Insurance primer with my 20% off coupon. I like it! It is really effective on keeping on the color longer. I've been using Lipsense for awhile, which I do like, but near the end of the day it looks like shit and you really can't reapply. I like with this I can reapply if I want to. Today I wore it with one of my UD Sheers and it lasted a long time.

It's nice and I would be completely happy receiving it as a gift but I also managed to resist it. But I did it add it to my Amazon gift ideas list.

I've placed two Sephora orders lately. The 1st order had all the wrong samples, none that I requested. The 2nd one had no samples at all!

my last year of Sephora orders have never had the Right samples. I swear it was funny after someone told them that and I was like I've never had that problem. 😂

send them an email, they have a standard apology but usually give you 100 or 200 points to make-up for it.

I've used luckyscent.com to find similar perfumes and order samples.

I just bought a coupon for 2 IPL treatments on Groupon. The spa had good reviews and today they had a code for an additional 20% off. I'm excited to see if it helps the dark spots on my cheeks.

We had ordered some museum tickets in advance for our trip to Europe that's coming up. They arrived today, and they came enclosed in brochure that had a giant ad for the Sephora on Champs Elysee on there.

For once my Ipsy bag wasn't bad. I'm actually enjoying most of the products. The only thing I haven't used is the Makeup Forever mini mascara. I want to save that for our cruise in November.

How long do your Sephora orders take to ship? I ordered Tuesday am and it still hasn't even gone out yet. At this rate I'll be able to make it to a store before it even leaves the warehouse! I know three day shipping doesn't include processing time but this seems crazy long.
