Ideas for moving furniture across country?

Our sweet, anxious puppy destroyed a piece of our sectional sofa, which OF COURSE has been discontinued.  I found a replacement piece in Iowa, but the store can't or won't ship it to me.  Any thoughts on cost-effective ways of having it moved to Denver, short of us driving 11 hours each way to pick it up?  (Ironically, this happened on our road trip, where we drive RIGHT THROUGH the city the piece is located.  Grrrr....). TIA.

Call a local mover and see what they'd charge to toss it on the next truck going your way.

i googled, but it seems like speaking to an actual local person would be more efficient.

I'd go on Uship and get some quotes.
