Started Christmas Shopping!

lol...Not seriously trying or anything though.  My DH was in Target yesterday and got a bunch of toys on clearance and put them away.  I really do want to get my shopping done early though.

I usually start around now, but I don't want to store everything while we're decluttering to list our house. So I will have to wait.

I bought a bunch of stocking stuffers on vacation last week and assorted jump ropes, ski pits and kid shovels a few weeks back. Honestly, they don't need much so if we find some Jammie's and one more individual item each I am done.
And then I need to hold myself to it.

I have Braydens in September.  I did scale back on the party stuff.  Small family party and a sleepover for friends.

Yeah with 5 bdays within 6 weeks of Christmas I shop early.

I usually start soon too. DS1 luckily does not change his mind about he wants Santa to bring.
This year we may go to my inlaws so I'll probably wait till we get those plans finalized so I can have things shipped to the right place.
I pretty much buy everything now online. I got some enormous nerf guns on prime day that are hiding in a closet. Not sure if they will make it till Christmas.

Well, he sent me this...lol. plus some spy gear stuff. I havent been able to see it all yet since he put it straight into the attic before he picked up the boys. Said it was $50 of stuff.

I have started, too. Her birthday is in November so I usually start early but not this early! I got a few things on Amazon Prime Day that I just couldn't pass up. A board game, a Calico Critters house, and a Perler bead set all for under $30. I won't buy anything else for awhile though unless I find a great deal on something I know she wants.

See, I have a big dilemma with the Switch. We are planning on gettig a new video game system for Christmas. B (and DH) want a PS4 and it makes the most sense TBH for long term. Luke wants a switch. He seriously has been asking since it came out. My issue is that Luke often gets the shaft. Always gets the hand me downs, the old bikes etc. (Seems silly to buy new when Bs old ones are in great condition.) And he is fine with it for the most part but part of me feels like he should win this one.

Yep, I've started too. Last year on Black Friday, I got DD a four pack of Ever After dolls for $14. She wasn't into them yet, but I couldn't pass up the price! She'll get them this year. Meijer and Target are both having good toy clearances, so I picked up a normally $40 talking Cinderella toddler doll for $10 and some Chubby Puppies for half price!
