Last week: I managed to exercise on the treadmill. I think it was twice last week.
Diet was okay. I am trying to eat more vegetables and fruit. DS was crazy about the seedless black grapes I got us from Sam's Club.
I got rid of stuff. DS and I went to visit MIL and got rid of DH's grill, grill tools, left over charcoal, a crystal bowl, MIL's awful brand name purses that she made us keep in our home for years and back massagers. I did give her left over spices that were not expired. It was such a relief to get that out. DS and I spent some time with her and I bought us dinner.
On Saturday, DS and I went to tax free weekend in our state and bought back to school clothes for DS. I could say this was the one hobby I could fit in because I love shopping.
This week: Yesterday, my parents came to visit and spent the night to spend time with DS and I. It was fun because we played card games. I gave them a lot of DS's old toys and books for my nephew, two "Cars" chairs, some pantry items, some spices and air purifers.
My mom bought me lotion and made me put lotion on this morning and last night because I have very dry skin and I don't take care of it. This is the self-care I lack.
I plan to exercise on the treadmill at least three times this week. Diet will continue.

Last week: made some better choices about food and went to sleep earlier. Remembered to take my vitamins a few times, too.
Did not make any progress on hobby stuff, other than making time to water my garden in the evenings through a heat wave. But, DS and I spent part of our time ducking the heat, inside doing some craft sewing, which he seems to really enjoy. Says it calms him.
This week: DS goes to his dad for the week, so I want to focus on resting and cleaning. But we are also needing to get DS's fall schedule finalized and that could prove to be stressful.
I did indulge in DS's "hobby" for his birthday last week. And I took the 'rents to 2 high stakes doctor appointments. Good news- mother's macular degeneration is minimal. The retinal specialist feels given her age she will likely never be disabled by her vision. Bad news- dad's CT Scan on his lungs confirms his pulmonary fibrosis on top of existing COPD diagnosis. That contributes to his fatigue related to his dementia and androgen deprivation therapy. In a surprising turn of events, his gall bladder is inflamed and has some stones. Surprising because dad supposedly had it removed in 1982. Evidently they only did a partial, which neither of my parents seemed to know. Dad's been complaining of pain in that area but we've been assuming it to be something else.
This week? The weather has been terrific, so I have been getting a decent walk in most days. Friday I meet up with my niece for a cut and color in the city. Fun times.

We are having horrible air quality paired with a heat wave in our region. Blech. It's not a good time to be outdoors. But I have my windows wide open because I need to move air through my house. Wishing I had AC, but it's hard to justify the expense when we really only need it for a couple of weeks a year.
