1. Last week went well! Got in my 3 walks, including a big one on the weekend. It felt really good to get out there for a couple hours! 2. Goals are to keep up with the walks and get the cross training in. Two 4 mile walks, one 8 mile walk, and 2 cross train days. I plan to try out the elliptical in the work gym. 3. Food goals: No ordering lunch! I need to get back on track with prepping lunch the night before, otherwise I end up ordering chicken fingers and fries and eating way too much junk at work. 4. I wasn't really sore at all after my big walk! I was nervous to tackle it, but really glad I made it through with no real issues.
Bonus: I was kid and husband free for a couple weeks recently. I got some sewing done - made myself a new purse and finished a table runner. I also grabbed drinks with a BFF, had dinner with my sister, and watched a lot of TV that I got to choose!

1. I skipped because we went camping. 2. All 7 21 day fix workouts. It's time to buckle down and get serious. Beach vacay is in 2 months. 3. Stick to 21 day fix. No alcohol during the week. Only treats are Halo Top. 4. Even though I've been pretty lax with my eating, my clothes still fit the same. I'm going glass half full on this one. Bonus: all kinds of craft projects and purging of things.
1. How did last week go? Good for exercise, not so great for food since we were on vacation. I got a 4 mile run and a 3 mile run in, plus the Warrior Dash. And a LOT of walking. One day I hit 20,000 steps!
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? Tonight: drag myself to the gym for a 3 mile run and stretch. Tuesday: Strength Wed: 2 miles on treadmill in am Thurs:Strength Fri: rest Sat: Strength Sun: 4 miles
3. What are your food goals for the week? Meet my protein goal at least 3 days. It's 110g and I find it really hard to do without skewing fats and carbs.
4. Any non-scale victories? Right now it's more like a non-victory scale.
Bonus :What would you do for fun if you didn't have a child for a week?
A whole week!!! Finish our Disney photo book, clear out all kids clothes for consignment, go on dates with my H, watch lots of tv, take naps. Go to the pool by myself and a good book.
1. Not well, ate a lot of junk...and no exercise at all 2. Yesterday was great as we hiked on the coast!! Today is stretching my muscles are killing me, Tues, Wed, Thurs my goal is to walk the dog after DD goes to bed for about 20 minutes each night. Maybe a close to home hike on Saturday. 3. Meal plan and stick with it. 4. Nope

1. Awful week. I got sick Tuesday night, and really couldn't do much. No food = no energy = no workout. Finally felt better on Sat so did ~4 miles, then horribly sick again Sat night.
2 Goal this week is to keep food mostly in my belly. Maybe walk 2-3 times.
3. No non-scale. My weight is way down - lowest since I got pregnant in 2012. But it's not real - as soon as I can eat again, it will bounce back.
4. I would go to the beach every day and walk forever and collect sea glass and sea shells. By myself. Quietly. Every day.

1. How did last week go? Good. My workout week was light last week b/c I was recovering from the race. My nutrition was really good, and I'm very proud of that.
2. What are your work out goals for the week? Number? Type? This week I'm supposed to kick things up b/c I have an olympic distance triathlon on labor day. I'm freaking out b/c I suddenly realized this race is going to take me over 3 hours to finish. I can't imagine if I was doing a "long distance" race. OMG.
3. What are your food goals for the week? Just to have another week of good nutrition.
4. Any non-scale victories? Not this week.
Bonus :What would you do for fun if you didn't have a child for a week? Go swim in a lake. Go bike in the country. Go to movies with my husband. Mani pedis, hair salon, fancy dinner. Maybe dedicate two days to house organization.
