Dr. Dennis Gross ferulic eye serum. You want to keep the area moisturized to help it age, but there's not much else you can do. Also, wear sunglasses year round.
agree with LS that for saggy undereyes unless you want to dip into the world of serious anti-aging (retinols, acids, etc) you just keep it moisturized and out of the sun.
I really like the Mario Badascu Glycolic eye cream for night. It's not really anything special in terms of active ingredients - just SUPER moisturizing. I feel like in the morning my undereye area is all plumped up, so it looks less wrinkly.
During the day I've been using the skinfood salmon eye cream, but it's not anything super special. Any sort of standard undereye cream would probably do the same, and since you don't have to worry too much about it playing nice with makeup you can just pick whatever feels nice to you. A millioni years ago I used the Origins Ginzing. that might be a nice choice - supposed to help depuff. I remember liking it, I just have never tried it since. I've also used a sample of the mario badascu hylauranic eye cream, and that would be a good one for day. Ulta has a newish house brand eye cream that I'm intrigued by, but haven' tried yet: www.ulta.com/radiant-skin-brightening-eye-cream?productId=xlsImpprod14641143
