How do you plan your curriculum for the year? 

Is it provided for you?

I teach Resource Reading and Math for grades 6, 7 and 8

Its so hard to keep it all straight in my head. There is not curriculum, per say, which is great bc I have the freedom to do what I want, but I also want to make sure these kids are prepared and ready for High school

How have you developed a plan ?  Share anything and everything

I used to ask the general content teacher to share their lesson plans, and then scaffold up to what they were doing or scale down a couple grades on the same common core strand depending on the students ability level.

I do not teach resource but work closely with them.

I invite all resource teachers to my google classroom so they can keep up with assignments and due dates. They usually just work on content related to what we are doing in class.

This is what I did. We had to follow the same curriculum.
