Who has a cricut...?

Can anyone talk to me about Cricut machines...? I have interest in getting one and using it for labels, scrapbooking, and t-shirt designs.

When/where can I get the best price? Is the newest model extremely superior, or can I buy the previous model? What else am I going to need...any special programs or supplies? Any other advice?

I have a silhouette. I can't speak to the cricut specifically, but I love my Silhouette. The software is free and easy to use.

I make stickers, vinyl signs, paper crafts, I love it. I also have one at work in my maker space and the students love it.
