Seriously though it was a damn blast tracking that performance. I was concerned about the swim becasue i know that's not the pace you've been training for but when you turned out that first bike split I knew you were firing on all cylinders.

Congrats on a great race under challenging conditions. I can't wait till the next championship where i get to be all "oh hai, my friends are just in the NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP RACE!!!!" Yout and emilyj are my heros.
