DH and I have been TTC #2 since January. We got surprisingly pregnant in Feb but miscarried and had a d&c in March. Since then my cycles have been extremely irregular and this is not normal for me. I had some positive opks last cycle but got my period a week later. I have not tempted because I wanted to keep this time TTCing relaxed, whatever that means. My ob has referrrd me to an RE. Has anyone else experienced this?

It was a several months after my d/c where things were regularly, but this seems a little far out. Are they getting better or back to usual in any way?
I got my first period 30 days after my d&c, which is my normal. But since then I have had a 24, 25, 30, 34 day cycles. My ob thought maybe I was having problems ovulating so was thinking about some clomid. But since I got the positive opks and my period a week later she referred me to an RE.
We got pregnant the 2nd cycle, so I guess I was ovulating. It took 11 cycles for ds so we were shocked it happened so quickly.

Not a doctor, but these don't seem that irregular to me.
As I've gotten older my cycles are different then they used to be, and definitely after all of my pregnancies, they've changed. Occasionally, I'll have a long cycle, then a couple months at 28, one at 24, back to 28 for a couple months, etc.
Getting older could be part of it. I think what threw her off was how close my positive opk was to my period. I have an appointment sept. 7, maybe this cycle will be a winner and I can cancel.

This is me, too. My OB didn't seem worried about it when I spoke with her about it, since I'm 39. I used to ovulate like clockwork - now it varies by up to 4-5 days (m/c in January, CP last week).
