Last week: I managed to exercise twice on the treadmill.
I also been watching my diet.
I got my 5 years of service award from work on Friday at an in-service. They fed us breakfast and there was cake at the end of the work day welcoming the new president. I brought my award home to show DS and he was happy and said "mommy, you won!" I told DS I worked for 5 years to explain why I won.
DS and I went to go get snow cones on Saturday. It was actually the best melon snow cone I ever had.
This week: I plan to exercise on the treadmill twice.
I plan to continue with the diet as much as possible.
Challenge: I told DH I planned to take DS to the dragonfly festival event the Saturday after Labor Day and DH insisted I invite MIL. I told DH I wanted it to just be me and DS.
I got a number of things off the to-do list that have been there too long. Thanks to some projects that needed to get done, I also had reason to carve out some time for a date with my sewing machine. I had started out the week by working in some exercises but quickly lost even that slight progress by about mid week. A friend and I went out for dinner one evening. That's it I think.
This week, I hope to get to a few more items on the backburner to-do list that I had wanted to address last week. I also want to do better with exercises. MH, LO, and I are cooking out with friends. Not sure what else.

Last week's backburner project (clearing my kitchen table) is still on the backburner. But we did manage to make a few passes through some of the clutter in our bedrooms.
Getting ready to go camping this weekend, so mostly I just need to do a bit of food shopping and prep.
And when I get there I plan to just be a blob.
Challenge: Have been meaning to organize a dinner or brunch with some friends, just need to get around to putting it on the calendar.
