I've been buying Primal Kitchen bars. They're definitely not for the vegetarian/vegan, but they're only 6g of net carbs, only 3 of which are sugar, and they have 15g of protein per bar. So far, I've been eating the coconut cashew and I like them a lot. The downside is that if you don't like monkfruit-sweetened items, you won't like these, as they have a definite monkfruit aftertaste.

OMG, lol. I'm perfectly ok with it (I use it in my coffee and everything) but I was thinking of you when I mentioned the monkfruit issue. R hates monkfruit too, but he's ok with the chocolate almond flavor, fwiw.
