I am eating my English muffin and almond butter and getting ready to head out to my 12k. Now I remember why I usually sign up for races that start on the course ~5 minutes from my house.

I'm about to leave for 6. This is the longest run I've done since I strained a groin muscle a month ago. I've been itching to go over 4 miles for weeks.

I'm up getting ready for 15. My toe has been angry again so it may get cut short. It's freezing here this morning, the temp will be low 50's when I start!
I am up, eating breakfast and getting ready for a 50 mile bike ride and 4 mile run brick. It's my last workout of training, taper begins tomorrow. DH and I are celebrating tonight with a couples massage and dinner.

I'm up but nothing this morning. Running a fun run 5K with a friend later tonight. It should be fun and it worked out perfectly with my training schedule for the weekend. So bonus!

I'm up. Woke up at 6:30, took the dog out and fed the animals, then went right back to bed. Feeling more human now. No workout today except an open house followed by a shift at the office as agent on call. Tomorrow is the same. Back in the pool on Monday morning!

I'm up, done with 8 miles and home. Time to pack for vacation-I leave in the morning. OF COURSE the weather cools down just in time for me to not be here for a week of running. I also might spend the afternoon sipping wine lounging around the pool instead of doing pre-vacation chores.

Hi all I feel like I have been missing this week was just busy and exhausting. We have already run to lowes to get yard stuff. Weed feed etc and to kroner for grocery shopping. Cu%entry making my dog's food and putting to ether a bookshelf. I have 12 on tap for tomorrow. I have also not been doing any runs during the week like the last two weeks soooo only my long weekend run so to or row should be interesting. I probably shouldn't have piled so much on my plate at once moving, new full time job, half training and we are still adjusting and finding a routine since the moving ugh.

I ran a half marathon in his morning. I was mainly doing it as a training running case I wanted to go for a full this fall. Ended up with a 1:57 which I was okay with.
Now I'm on my way to Chicago because mom and her friend decided to go to a concert down there and didn't want to drive.
