I feel like I haven't had an awesome conditioner in awhile. Last year I bleached the crap out of my hair and went purple, which I loved but it obviously damaged my hair. I have fine hair that's weighed down really easily, so heavy conditioners always make it look stringy and greasy. I need conditioner though because my hair does need moisture and it tangles very easily. Any recs? Drugstore or high end is fine.
I use joico moisture recovery. I went quite blonde over the summer, but unfortunately the top layer of my hair is quite dry and damaged. I'm gradually getting all of the dry/damaged stuff trimmed off, but the moisture recovery shampoo has helped quite a bit.
Sebastian penetrait and I love to use the fekkai luxe color masque as my conditioner 1-2 times a week. I also can't say enough good stuff about eprouvage leave in conditioner, I actually prefer it to it's a 10 now.

Redken All Soft. I would actually probably change your entire hair regimen. Besides All Soft shampoo/conditioner, I have the All Soft Heavy Cream and the Extreme Megamask, which is more of a protein treatment. Today I washed my hair and applied the Megamask, waited 20 minutes, rinsed, applied the All Soft Heavy Cream, waited 20 minutes, and rinsed again. You probably need to do something like that a few times a month, or maybe even weekly, if your hair is in bad shape.
Besides that, if you blowdry you must use a heat protectant. I use L'Oreal Blow Dry It primer spray, plus I usually work a hair oil into my ends, too. Right now I use Redken Argan Oil but I've also used a Moroccan Oil spray and the Bumble & Bumble Invisible Oil.
