1. DH. I would love for him to really experience all that I do and deal with, which he doesn't appreciate. I'd also like to see if his job is really as busy as he makes it out to me. DH is not the most organized person, so I'm curious how much of his stress is self-induced because he failed to plan ahead.
1. Someone's cat. I don't think I want to spend my days dealing with other people's challenges, but a day lounging in the sun, doing whatever I want, and basically telling anyone I don't want to talk to to eff off? That sounds brilliant. Cats have the life. (ETA: I hate cats, in case you were wondering)
2. Add me to the snacking / emotional eating club. If I could figure out how to turn that off, life would be grand.
1. Hmm... In a not glamorous situation, I'd kind of like to switch places with MIL for a day. She works from home and sews all day. And like saraml13, I'd love to see just how crazy her schedule is, since she makes her own schedule and does whatever sewing work she wants to take on. I suspect her time management isn't great.
2. I anxiously pick at my skin and nails. I'd LOVE to drop that habit. It's an anxiety/OCD thing and I don't even realize I'm doing it most of the time.

1. My dog. As soon as we all start to walk out the door he makes a bee line for our bed. He doesn't get near enough attention as he should, but I could take a day of everyone ignoring me or being okay if I hid in another room. He also gets cheese any time we all do. 2. I'd love to get rid of my addiction for all bad food. Its not like I have just one thing I love. I love it all.
1. I would love to see how someone of a certain set in NYC lives for a day. One whos days are filled with committees and lunches, and workouts, and charity events, with money as no concern living lavish with a view from the park. Very different from my own.
2. My constant worry over every little thing, especially anything related to health.
1. Any of the rich mommies at my kids' school. They live in yoga/fitness clothes, and I have this feeling their lives look like mine did in high school. Like the most significant part of their day is when they are gossiping in the parking lot before/after school (and blocking the road for us working moms who are trying to drop our kids off).
2. Tearing up easily when I'm feeling any strong emotion. It's not a good thing for my career or my sanity.
1. This consultant that I worked with. She built up a very successful business, and has about the same level and quality of experience that I do. She charges big corp clients $300/hr (I know, because I paid her bills) and she has an awesome work/life balance. I want to know how she built it and how she maintains her balance.
2. My biting/picking habits. Nails, cuticles, any sort of imperfection in my skin. It's a nervous habit. And also my love of chips.
1. Trump - I am just so curious. And I'd like to further clean house...
2. Hating showering/doing hair. It is pretty much how I ended up injured - on workout days I was running, boxing and doing hill sprints all in an effort to minimize the hair washing.
1. I love my life right now. Sometimes I wish I could trade places with one of SHAM friends who has school aged kids. That would be the life for about a week. 2. My addiction to sugar. I can't say no. It sucks.

1. I would also like to trade places with a SAHM with school age kids (although it would be fun to trade for a week instead of a day). I'd love to have 6 glorious hours of me-time each weekday. I feel like maybe I'd actually be physically fit, have a house that stays clean most of the time, and have a good meal planned almost every day.
2. As others have said - mindless snacking, addiction to sugar. (Although, I will say that my cravings for sugar and snacks in general have gone down noticeably since I went off birth control a few weeks ago.)

1. I would switch with pretty much anyone. I could totally make Quantum Leap my life. But to pick? Obama (power). Stephen Hawking (intelligence). Jennifer Aniston (fame).
1) a lottery winner. I'd love to be a SAHM but also not have to worry about money.
2) ruminating. I hate overanayzing things and getting negative and all worry-like. I've gotten tremendously better over the years but sometimes I have nagging thoughts.
My 9 year old DS. I think he has the life. I make sure everything is taken care of each day, he goes to an awesome school that I would have loved to attend and he can really get lost in his own world of legos and drawing. The grass is always greener but his routine seems so relaxing to me.
2. Binging on carbs. I don't keep sweets or chips in the house because I am not satisfied with one or two.

1. Who would you switch places with for a day? An heiress just so I could see what it would be like to have unlimited resources
2. If you could get rid of one habit via hypnosis, what would it be? It’s hard to pick just one but I would like to not care what other people think of me. I’m a total people pleaser which has not always worked out so well for me.

1. This would probably need more than a day, but I know someone who is bipolar and I sometimes wish for a better understanding of how it affects her ability to function. And I think it would not be a bad thing for her to have a chance to walk a mile in my shoes too.
2. I'm gonna steal kimberlybb's answer about being a people pleaser. It's like breathing, and I don't always realize I'm doing it to my own detriment. That, or breaking off my split ends when I'm zoning out.
