Training for at this point I think I'm scrapping the duathlon I was considering as I don't want to risk screwing up my ankle running the five miles on bumpy trails. I'm 90% sure I'm doing the crazy mountain bike ride/race thing October 7th
Training plan M - 3m run T - rest W - I'm going MTB after work, probably an hour is all the light we'll have T - 3m run and maybe another hour MTB after work F - weights & stretching S - hopefully a 2 hour bike ride S - FIRST SWIM COACHING SESSION! eek. I'm nervous. In the afternoon I may also run 3 miles
I really want to also swim once this week before my coaching but not sure I can fit it in, we will see
Issues- nothing much, ankle is feeling about 90% normal still an odd twinge. Generally feeling a little tired/beat up from the increased activity. I may have to stop running completely for a few weeks to focus on swimming because I can't stop biking
