I'm putting up some fall stuff and debating about whether to just put everything out now, or wait a couple weeks for the Halloween items. What do you thinK?

I don't think it's too early! I was going through DS' closet today and found the paper 3-D haunted house and figures that he got from the Disney Store last year, and I left it where he'll find it so he can put it out again.
It's too early for me...I don't like lots of decorations in my house in general so I wait till about a week or two before. But if you want them out and your family enjoys it then definitely go for it. I think last year I got my Christmas tree on Christmas Eve because I didn't want to deal with the tree for weeks. Grinch.
I like the seasonal decor stuff! We have our tree up from around Dec. 8 or so usually until after or right around Epiphany (1/6).
I kind of feel like it's early for Halloween, though. I decided to mostly just put up "fall" stuff and I'm waiting another week or two to add my couple Halloween things. Outside, I did put my Indian Corn on the door with its "Happy Halloween" ribbon on it, but no one really notices that yet. My other outdoor stuff is all just "fall"--scarecrows and some baskets of mums. Pumpkins coming later.
I usually wait until the end of sept/first week of October for halloween but I do have my mums outside & stuff like that.
But decorate for Christmas, including the live tree, the Saturday after Thanksgiving. It's too much work to only have it up for a few days, and I love it all anyway.
