I'm tired too. Overslept and the boys were nearly late to school. I have been starving this morning and I wish I could leave at lunch for the rest of the day.

Stuck at home today. A is doing better but still not her normal self. She cried when I told her she couldn't go to school. It's cold and raining so a good day to be stuck inside.

A's school has their only fundraiser event tomorrow so I hope she's ready to go back then! It's one of the lap running things.

The man cold has hit here, instead of enjoying my day I get to listen to my husband sniffle and cough, plus he’s in my craft room working (it’s actually the dining room) and he is so loud when he types, I don’t know what those keys did to him but he pounds on them, drives me insane.

Throat still hurts badly. Swallowing is painful. My H says I should
Get swabbed for strep but I feel fine today besides the horrible throat pain

Tomorrow is crazy hat day at Matilda's school and I had to make two hats out of random cardboard, construction paper and tape. The first hat was too small 😢

I ran out of tape and had to use black electrical tape 😢 Luckily she's very happy with it ..

No fever or stomach pain? Can you look and does your throat have those weird red dots at the back that strep has a lot?

H got a low fever tonight and now I'm worried he's getting strep too, but I feel like most 2 year olds don't get it? I tried looking at his throat but he bite me so I gave up.

I actually did have a mild fever a day ago (99.8) which is making me suspicious. It decided to go get a throat culture today before the weekend. I really don't want to take another round of antibiotics I'm so worried about antibiotic resistance, 3 rounds in a month is just crazy 😢
