Woohoo Got my Electric Fireplace!

I have been wanting one for quite a while.  My condo is so PLAIN and boring (eggshell walls and cream carpet).  We have this one huge open wall (no windows) that is really hard to fill in because it is a narrow room (being a condo and all). 

Well, DH swung into this business that is closing and had everything on sale and scored a Mocha one for $90!!!!  I am so excited! I cannot wait to set it all up and start to decorate. Especially with the holidays coming.   Off to look at Pinterest! yay!!!

That's cool! We're on a bit of a spending freeze right now, particularly for "house" stuff (we went overboard this past year with moving into our new house).

I'm starting to feel antsy, though, so I've been secretly looking at prices for a couple of nights at GWL Niagara, possibly for November (haven't had a chance to mention it to DH yet); I think DS would have a blast, and we really need a change of scenery...

momin2013 we went to the Niagara Falls GWL last summer and it was amazing!!!! New England GWL was a let down by comparison.

I feel like I am always on a spending freeze for anything outside of necessities. lol
I had my eye on a FP that was 299 and was just waiting onm it because of money. But $90? we couldn't pass it up.
