How often does your kid grow?

A used to grow pretty frequently. I realized today that she hasn’t grown since before her birthday. Normal now that they’re older? It’s been 6 months. She’s starting to look a bit short in her class (not that I care she’s just almost been average height before), and I bought a bit big for winter and it’s all too big lol.

He has slowed down around 6. He's still talk but not towering over his class. Katelyn on the other hand is about two inches shorter than him, which puts her over 4 ft. Her torso is longer than his, she sits taller than he does. Her dresses and shirts are size 7 or 8, his shirts are 6 or 7.

Oh and the twin comments are almost daily whenever we go anywhere. Yes, they look alike thanks to the same gene pool and yes, they sound similar due to speech delays, no, they are two years apart. Yes, I'm sure. No they aren't identical 😢

Peyton had a random height spurt this summer.
But aside from that she's not a good one to compare to. 😂 She's the size of an average 3yo.

A is size 5 too but I bought 6 for the winter thinking she’d have to grow! So maybe someday it will fit, at least we wear winter until May lol

😂 at the identical questions. Pretty sure H is going to outgrow A in no time, and he’s over 3 years younger! He’s like 3” taller than she was at his age.

Did you ever see the book called something like Litteliest Girl in the Littliest Grade? It made me think of Peyton! A keeps falling down the charts, but I figured she’d do that eventually, she’s supposed to end up 3” shorter than me based on my/DH’s heights.

Just looked up that book and it looks cute! May have to get that for Christmas or something!
I just looked up Peyton's projected height, she will be an inch taller than me, but still won't hit 5ft. Sorry kid. 😂

Daniel never seems to go through big spurts, it’s always been pretty gradual. He’s in 5/6 now depending on brand. I actually just moved size 4 pjs to Alexander’s room today. He is wearing size 4 shorts though.

B has slowed down a bit, but still has an annoying tendency to start a season (spring/summer) in one size, and need a new size in the middle. He did have a pretty big growth spurt over the summer because he's easily wearing 6/7 clothes now. Feet have slowed down a little bit, but shoes still need to be replaced just as frequently. He's already wearing holes in his new school shoes he's been wearing for a month.

She's always been slow to grow and on the small side. Wears same shoes and clothes forever without any big spurts yet.
