We looked at this one (or a very, very similar one) last spring, and I am glad we decided against it. My DD, who is not yet four (November) would have outgrown it before spring of 2012 was over. They had it set-up at our local Menard's for kid's to play on, and despite what your link indicates, it really is for the newly-3 and under crowd.
If it were me, I would hit up craigslist and see what you can find. We bought one of those little tikes cube climbers with a slide off CL, to use during the winter that DD was one, and she used it through her third birthday. Well worth the $25.
DH spent roughly $600 building DD's swing set last spring and I am glad we spent a little more on one that will last well into elementary, vs. Over $300 on one that would be quickly outgrown.
