Thanks, guys. He ended up sleeping for another 6 hours when we got home from the round-trip to the airport and at least says he's not feeling nauseous now. So I'm hoping that by tomorrow, after another good night's sleep, maybe he'll feel even better (which would also be good, because if that's the case, it might not be a flare).

Just got back from my follicle check and on cd13 my lead follicle is only 11mm so not mature yet. Going back on Monday and probably again later in the week for more measurements with IUI estimated to be around Friday. Doesn’t seem like this dose of letrozole did much for me, that’s around when I would have ovulated naturally anyways (late late late) but maybe the trigger will help pinpoint timing.

Eta: and my lining looks great! It was trilaminar and everything.

I'm really confused.

Yesterday's OPK was questionable. I ended up taking two to try and help decide. The positive I got last cycle was so clear that H and I decided to play it safe and call them negative. Today's OPK was definitely negative, but my temp also rose by 0.44 degrees this morning.

So now I'm not sure if my temp is playing tricks on me or if I just missed my LH peak and ovulated yesterday. Still no EWCM, but more watery CM than normal.

katespade was that your first opk this cycle? FF usually marks watery cm as fertile so you could have been ovulating?

I started OPKs on Thursday. Thu and Fri we're both negatives.

15mm lead follicle! Another ulatrasound and probably trigger on Wednesday if it is mature as expected, tent IUI date still on Friday. At least it’s growing in the right direction.

Our power has been out since midnight due to a huge storm and it’s not expected to be restored u tip around 7pm tonight so cue there freak out about keeping the trigger shot refrigerated. We ran out and got some ice

False alarm on the temp spike for me, but my OPK this morning was questionable again. When I looked at it after 5 minutes, I decided to call it negative. I left it on the counter and when H saw it maybe an hour or so later he called me over because it looked positive.

I really just need to spend the extra money for some digital OPKs. These Wandfos drive me crazy.

Which digitals do you use?

Clearblue. The regular ones not the advanced with the flashing smileys since we only get the one “try” per month so I don’t need to know all my other fertile days. If we were bding I’d probably get the advanced though.

My doctor does FSH, estradiol, prolactin, and lutenizing hormone on CD3. They usually take 2 vials of blood. Good luck!

My follicle is 19mm today! Wheee. They’re going to call me this afternoon to tell me when to take the trigger shot or whether I’m already surging so IUI will be either tomorrow or Friday (hoping for friday since that’s much more convenient schedule wise.)
