seeyalater52 , how people think it's their business how other people create their families is beyond me.
Also, I am the most type A research-oriented person EVER. Trust that I know basically everything there is to know about the cost-benefit analysis of every single family-building option. You kind of have to when you know from the get-go that you can't just have a baby with your spouse like everyone else does. It blows my mind that anyone who knows me in the least would try to offer suggestions assuming I hadn't considered them. I am kinda pissed. I'm so pissed I can't be sad anymore, so at least it feels like a less self-defeating way to channel my emotions.
Iβm so sorry. I am expecting mine to drop either tomorrow or Saturday.
I don't really know where to go from here. Everything about this cycle seemed to line up perfectly.
If it turns out youβre not too early and youβre out this cycle, remember thereβs likely nothing you could have done.
We can have perfect timing, confirmed O, high temps and are still more likely than not to receive a BFN. Biology is hard! But when it works, itβs amazing.
Thinking of everyone today whoβs having a rough go. β€οΈ

Yeah, my temp dropped today so it's just a matter of time at this point. I'm expecting AF either tomorrow night or Saturday morning.

It's so true. There's only a 20% chance or so every month. Hard to not get your hopes up any given month, though.

The odds (more like 15% for thawed sperm IUI) combined with our per cycle price tag is enough to give me near-constant anxiety. Anxiety on top of anxiety.

My temp is pretty far down today. About halfway to cover. I think Iβm out but Iβm also house sitting and this place is freezing so Iβm trying to tell myself it could be a fluke.
katespade, well, still in so far. My temp has been trending down the last couple of days, but it's still well above cover (and last month, it dropped very suddenly below cover...and then back up a bit before my period). I'm still dealing with small amounts of nausea, some hunger pains, exhaustion, and I'm super emotional. But the emotional-ness could also be PMS, so I don't know.
In any case, I'm probably going to test tomorrow morning before I go out with my girlfriends for the afternoon. If it's not a BFP, then I don't know what's been up with my body the last week and a half, because I certainly don't feel like I've caught a bug or anything.

Sorry guys.
Yesterday was finally CD1 for me. Either my LP magically extended by a few days, or FF has been off on my O date the last 2 cycles. My cycles have always been pretty regular so not sure why FF is having such difficulty. Get it together!
