The past few weeks have not been great for me, fitness wise. We've taken a lot of time off, between H getting sick, me getting sick, H going OOT for a weekend, me healing from another tattoo session... our excuses have just kind of been piling up and it's meant taking more days off than we've wanted to.
We're easing back into it this week: Mon - Pull strength Tue - Rest Wed - Leg hypertrophy Thu - Push hypertrophy Fri - Pull hypertrophy Sat - Rest Sun - Leg strength
AW: Last week during leg strength day, I set new personal records for both deadlifts and squats.
MrsMB - Break room food is the worst! When I worked in the office, everyone had candy bowls on their desks. The amount of candy I ate as I walked around throughout the day was outrageous. lol.
M- Done for today! Did my normal circuit and the trainer programmed some overhead squats which are my favorite. That helped me not feel so grumpy about getting back in the gym today.
T-F: My goal is to get to the gym every day.
I've got meals prepped for lunches and dinners today through Wednesday night (right now). Just need to stay on the straight and narrow for snacks and breakfast until then.

suzv giving up soda is so hard! We stopped drinking soda in our house at the beginning of the year. I do get a Diet Coke when we go out once in a while as a treat but lately I don’t even do that anymore. You can do it! If I can do it, anyone can. I lived on it. Way to go on getting water with your lunch! One step at a time!
MrsMB I’m guilty of being the person who brings their junk food to work to get it out of the house. Luckily it usually is gone by my next shift.

It must really be Friday the 13th! I was able to wake up early, was full of energy and did a wonderful workout. My legs are pissed off at me currently but I feel awesome!
