She's definitely (part) Hispanic based on last name and other pics I saw.

Have there been any charges yet? I feel like she got off light because it could have gone really differently that night. Walking out in handcuffs and lots of people recording her arrest.

This is local to me and I have only seen two reports on it in the paper and nothing about charges.
