As many of you know, I am a registered dietitian. I started my own business in January and I'm now getting ready to launch a podcast. My focus is on health and wellness topics for the busy woman and my ideal listener is a busy, career-driven woman. I'm hoping I can find a few on here! Launch plans are for the new year.
I have already recorded 8 episodes so far. They range from exercise to juicing to whether diet soda is good or bad for you. Each episode is about 30 minutes. I'd like to hear from you if there are any other topics you'd like to hear about? Thanks!
***UPDATE***
Thank you all SO much for all of your suggestions! I have recorded all of them and will try to incorporate your questions into the episodes. Several of you asked if I could share the name and the launch information with you. I would love to do this while still remaining somewhat anonymous on here I've created an email sign-up just for GBCN. I promise this will not spam you and I won't send out a bunch of emails. This just seemed like the easiest way to get back in touch with you without blasting my business name all over GBCN. I will send out the name and launch date when everything is ready to go. I may delete this link later: sign up here

How to try out new diets By this I mean that I personally think it's interesting to play with your nutrition and stuff like adjusting your macros, total calories, specific foods, whatever, and obviously doing something for 2 days is pointless, but sometimes you have to go through an adjustment period before you start feeling better. So how long should you try something to see if you're just in an adjustment phase vs. if it's not the right thing for you, should you changes things slowly or do a complete overhaul overnight, something along those lines sounds like it could be interesting, especially for organized, goal-focused people.
Tips for working out at lunch. I’m on maternity leave right now but when I go back to work, the only time I’ll have to workout will likely be my lunch break. I’d love to hear some tips on how best to maximize my time and get back to work without being a sweaty mess.

This is a great topic, thanks! I have a personal trainer lined up to interview soon so I will be sure to ask her about this

I love all of these topics and would totally listen to a podcast on this. Are you going to share the name of it when you're ready to launch so we can tune in?
Another one looking for quick healthy meals. Also healthy meals that are quick and good for picky eaters. Lol I’m picky too but moreso stuff that’s kid friendly. I need something that doesn’t take forever to prepare/make but also that my kid might actually eat too.
Supplements. What's needed, what's not, why you may want to look into them. Something I would LOVE to see is not necessarily calling out certain MLMs, but whether or not the supplement craze is worth it, if that makes sense.

This is a great one. I actually just left one of my part-time jobs because the owner of the company wanted to start selling supplements to make $. Most of them are not needed.

Ugh!
I know some can be useful. But I don’t think for the general masses they are. But I also don’t have a degree in this stuff 😜
And while I am on this topic-protein powders. I personally struggle with high protein, low fat, low carb protein options, so I resort to a protein powder. In a good protein powder-what should someone look for?
Healthy snacks for the office (stuff to keep in the fridge and stuff to eat that doesn’t require refrigeration, also easy/quick healthy snacks)
Ways to get in more protein
Unusual fruits and veggies and the benefits of eating them - I want someone to tell me about the more exotic stuff I see in the grocery store, what to do with it, what they contain, etc. I’m interested in branching out but how the hell do I eat a dragonfruit? (I think this is a topic for professional women - I work but I also cook and try to make healthy choices, and I’m shopping at stores that carry increasingly exotic items.
I would love to listen to this podcast when it's up. Everyone already mentioned topics I'm interested in so I don't have input however, I am very interested in this.
