If everything goes according to plan, I'm finishing up my tattoo sleeve tonight. I'M SO EXCITED!
Depending on how my arm feels (and if AF knocks me on my ass, since I'm expecting CD1 tomorrow), we're planning to go hunting this weekend. I hope I'm up for it, but we'll see.
We're going to a wedding tomorrow a couple hours away. Possibly meeting H's BFF for lunch but he's also in the wedding so.. Lol. He's the one I posted about before going through the possible divorce. I've been wondering how he's doing.
Anyways, the hotel we're staying at has a waterpark so we might take advantage of that before heading home Sunday! Also of course checking out the fall colors along Lake Superior!

Just finished setting up for our Halloween party tomorrow. Tomorrow morning we have music class then in the afternoon we're having some of our high school friends and their kids over for the party.
I think of my weekend being Sunday now that DH works 6 days a week. I keep getting confused and forgetting it's the weekend already.
No special plans. My brother was suppose to be in town but got called into work. Might see him in the next couple days. I'm guessing we'll do a park trip tomorrow.

Today we're going to go into the city to grab lunch and walk around. DS is working on his walkign and we're trying to get him outside as much as possible to get used to different surfaces.
Tomorrow is church, stopping at a few stores, and wave of light.
At some point this weekend we need to do a major clean out/packing up of stuff in DS's room. He has pretty good closet space but I've kind of just been shoving stuff in there the last 6 months and it needs to be organized better. It used to be so neat.
We are on day two of a super rainy girls' weekend. Not sure how long we'll stay given the incessant rain, but I wouldn't mind going home early and doing some things around the house. Tomorrow is open house at the fire station, which J will LOVE, and I need to do a little bit of work.
Right now I’m watching the Harry Potter marathon on TV. Later the fire auxiliary is having designer bag bingo. It would be awesome to win a nice purse! My mom is a member of the fire auxiliary so she is all excited I’m going. My fire house daughter and another friend is going so it should be fun. There is a cash bar so I might have a drink or 2.
Tomorrow my plan was to do some ironing I’ve been putting off forever and start cleaning our spare room but now H wants me to go with him to do a small fireworks show in the city. I’m still deciding. If I don’t go he has to do it himself so I’ll probably give in and go.
Sort of. I took it from this song, which I think is in reference to the grain? Not really sure what the song means. lol. Mostly I just thought the word itself was lovely, and I like the song.
I asked him if he wanted grapes or strawberries with dinner. He said strawberries. So I gave him strawberries. Now he's throwing a fit, crying "no strawbees!"

pooh8402MrsMB Me too! That's a daily occurrence with E. We have to verify his choices like 3 times to make sure that's really what he meant, lol. God forbid we put the wrong shoes on, give him the wrong food, read him the wrong book, etc. It's so frustrating! Toddlers!
pooh8402- totally life of a toddler! It's so annoying! C was in a really rough phase of doing this a couple weeks ago. Thankfully it's not so bad now but we have those moments every day, sometimes very frequently throughout the day.
I have been pretty busy and not on much since Friday. I bought 9 yds of fabric to make the boys matching Mickey shorts for going to disneyland, enough fabric to make them each a pair of pants with the same fabric, and Santa fabric for matching Christmas pj pants for everyone. So far I have completed the Mickey shorts and pants and am almost done with the boys Santa pants.
Yesterday we went on a family walk in the morning, my dad and I took C to the park, and we went to a new deli for sandwiches! The place was really good and served a donut and drink with your sandwich purchase!
Today is park with C, church, and then we might go to BJs to have a beer (maybe dinner too) and watch some football!
So, H woke up before me this morning (which rarely ever happens), and decided to sneak out and surprise me with donuts and coffee for breakfast. And he brought home flowers, too. <3

Just got back home! The wedding was nice but I was a little surprised there wasn't a dance! *poof*
Anyways, this morning we got up and went to the water park after breakfast. It was fun! E was nervous at first and didn't want to go down the slides but he loved the lazy river (as did I!) and splashing around in the shallow play area. I'm glad we had time to do that! But now I'm exhausted, lol.

Tomorrow we're taking S on a flash light maze walk-thru and then a haunted hayride. On Sunday I'm thinking of taking S w/a friend and her two sons to a Boo at the Zoo, the kids to trick or treating, see the animals get fed, it looks like fun.
I asked him if he wanted grapes or strawberries with dinner. He said strawberries. So I gave him strawberries. Now he's throwing a fit, crying "no strawbees!"
My bad. I thought you wanted strawberries.
Hubs was giving S some of his bean soup that I made over the weekend, she kept asking for more so I put some in her bowl. She walked over and she "it looks messy" and she didn't want to eat it. Ummm, what. LOL
