That’s awesome wambam! ( although I had to look up WTH Transy is)
My ankle feels like it’s made of ice, for lack of a better metaphor. It’s stiff, my side to side mobility feels limited, especially before it’s warmed up (note: it is not painful). I’ve been stretching it and half assed rolling out my calves, but any advice welcome.

Spectating IMLou was no joke. I'm exhausted and I have blisters, lol. That said, meeting taratru and al320 was freaking AWESOME and it was so great to see ktzmoh, emilyj, and @vtcupcake again and meet their respective Hs.
In other randoms, I'm trying to figure out where I can swim this week and I can't find anywhere that can accommodate a 2 hour workout where the pool temperature is under 80 degrees. UGH.
I’ve had to adjust my schedule to accommodate my kindergartner and homework so I am no longer at the gym as long as I used to be. I’ve been dealing with aesthetics and performance trying to be happy with where things have gone/are going.
On a good note, after non-stop training for most of last year then burn out I have finally found running enjoyable again. It took a year but I finally like it and look forward to running and have been scheduling it in. I’ve avoided it this year.

I'm tired of running. I'm not sure if I need a break or what, but I haven't been motivated to go at all. Unfortunately I'm also terrified of losing all of my endurance, so I'm forcing myself to run anyway. I'd love to take a month off and focus on CF instead.
