Starting another chart thread.

Is this enough of a temp rise to stop having sex? lol. Or should I have one last go? This is the first cycle where it’s really felt like a chore. Ugh.

I’d say you’re good. A lot of doctors recommend every other day in your fertile window, so I think you’ve got it covered

You’re looking really good to me! I’d say if your temp is down tomorrow (and not a sustained shift) you should continue to have sex. But the combo of a temp spike and negative OPK look promising

I was trying halfway at every 36 hours since we have no known issues but DH is older. Then O was delayed a day (I’m usually CD16) so my one last time on CD16 became one last time at CD17. If this doesn’t work I’m going to EOD.

Agree! But I have to admit to throwing out a pre O Temp that was way above coverline
