Toddler leg wamers

I feel like A keeps growing out of her pants very quickly, even though I buy them a few sizes up to accommodate the bulk of the cloth diapers. I think they're shrinking in the wash too. I wash on warm, and dry on low heat, but I think my dryer is lying to me.

I wonder if leg warmers might be better and easier to use this winter (it doesn't get too cold here.) Does anyone here use them regularly? I'd love some opinions and suggestions before I go out and buy.

I did when Pip was younger. Now that his legs are too long for them he uses them as arm warmers or sleeves under his short sleeve t-shirts. I have babyleg brand - I can measure them if you're concerned about thigh size.

I also bought over-sized knee highs and used them to keep foot and leg warm. He's grown into them now so they only go up to his knees but they worked great when they went up to his diaper (I didn't worry about where the heel hit him when on)

Knee socks are a great idea! I have a massive collection from my life in New England. Here in the desert, they rarely see the light of day.
