No idea, we were out of town all weekend and I need to buy food. Today is bbq crockpot pulled chicken. A few frozen chicken breasts, some sweet baby rays (or other bbq sauce), in the crockpot for 6 hours with a half cup of water. It's one of my, oh shoot we need to buy food meals.
I used to do sausage and peppers and onions in the crock pot - was soooo good. But DD can't have onions and no one but me eats peppers so instead I just heat up sausages and serve them with cruciferous veggies.
We are also doing pasta, spaghetti squash and meatballs, ham sandwiches (fancy cheese and grilled), frozen pizza and fish with veggies this week. No clue on order of things.
Monday -beef stew and rolls (crockpot ) Tuesday - chicken enchiladas, (chicken, cream of chicken soup, cream cheese, chilies, spices in crockpot ) rice, green beans Wednesday- spaghetti and garlic bread Thursday- out, football Friday - birthday party hotdog roast Saturday- school fall festival chili supper.
Sun: grilled chicken over salad. Mon: I made this: www.skinnytaste.com/zucchini-lasagna/ AMAZING. I've made it before, it's always great. It is very time consuming, so it's better for a weekend, but it lasts at least 2 meals, if not 3. DH had 3 helpings, so it will not last as long in our house. I subbed ground extra lean ground chicken breast and still awesome. Tues: leftover magic lasagna
Rest of the week depends on the expiration dates on the meat in my fridge. I have turkey cutlets to have over salad, and a pork tenderloin. I will cook those.
M: Egg roll in a bowl, stir fry veggies and cauliflower rice T: Crock pot chicken cacciatore with zoodles, veggie, and fruit W: Out R: Greek chicken, roasted potatoes, and veggie F: Taco Skillet, veggie, and fruit S: Burgers, sweet potato fries, and grilled veggies
